To use ArcGIS QuickCapture, your device and ArcGIS account must meet the requirements below. QuickCapture is currently only available in English. If your project requires collection of high accuracy location, you may need to use an external GNSS receiver. See Choose a receiver for more information about those requirements.

ArcGIS account requirements
QuickCapture is available to those with a subscription to ArcGIS Online or an ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 or later account.
Note:
ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 licence files do not include QuickCapture licenses. If you upgraded from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7, you need to download and apply a new ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 licence from My Esri.
The various user types and roles in ArcGIS organizations have access to different QuickCapture features. See the following table for details. For further information, see User types, roles, and privileges for ArcGIS Online or User types, roles, and privileges for ArcGIS Enterprise.

To assign a QuickCapture license to an Editor user type see configure add-on licenses in ArcGIS Online or configure add-on licenses in ArcGIS Enterprise.
Supported languages
The following languages are supported by the mobile app:
Arabic, Bosnian, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
For the mobile app the language used is determined by your device's language setting.
The website is currently only available in English.
